Transferring Professionals

If you are currently a member of a Professional Association in another province and will be working in Saskatchewan, it is easy to become a member of the ASFP. Complete the "Transferring Professional" application package, which is located below, and send it to the ASFP at 102C 1061 Central Avenue, Prince Albert, SK, S6V 4V4. When the office has received your application form, application fee, and letter of good standing from other Professional Associations to which you belong, it is reviewed by the Admissions Committee. Once you are accepted as a member, you may practice forestry immediately: there is no training period for transferring professionals. *Transferring professionals must write and pass the Saskatchewan jurisprudence exam within six months of joining the ASFP.*
